Payment Options

Here at Orchards Veterinary Clinic, we accept many different payment options including all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, cash, and CareCredit.

Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not offer billing. All major debit/credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) along with checks and cash.

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expenses strike as well. Orchards Veterinary Clinic understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and you will be able to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments interest free. You can apply at our hospital, over the phone for immediate approval, or apply online directly at CareCredit. We offer Scratchpay as well.
