I just love Dr. Eric! I fully trust him with my animals and wouldn’t want any other doctor looking after them. As long as Dr. Eric stays in practice, he will forever be our vet. I also love his staff. They all are so caring and helpful. We are lucky to have all of them.
I have brought my pets to Orchards Veterinary Clinic since we moved to Vancouver about 25+ years ago. The staff is great. There have been no provider changes or additions, which is great! They handle problems with compassion and do not always recommend the most expensive test for me when possible. Being retired, that means a lot. I have recommended this clinic to family and friends.
Dr. Tori and staff were wonderfully kind with us and our new dog. He was excited to meet everyone, and they treated him as a special new friend. Great experience.
I haven’t been to the vet since the pandemic. They’ve changed up the waiting room. Seems a lot more quiet and it used to be. But everyone is extremely nice and they know how to handle your pet.
We have been here for three years. The doctors and staff never disappoint. My pets are treated with love and care. I highly recommend Orchard Veterinary Clinic.
I’ve always loved the clinic and staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We have been going to see them since 2015 when we got our first pup, and now they see our two cats and other adopted dog, too.
Office was clean and inviting, front desk was busy but made sure we were checked in quickly, vet was amazing with my cat, prices were reasonable and they even worked to save us some money on testing, an amazing vet office that I will be making my current and future animals main vet.
I brought my Bichon Frise dog, Maverick, to Orchards Vets, for the first time, because he dog hadn’t been eating much the past few days. At the same time, I had been scurrying around packing, as we were in the midst of moving into a new house. We arrived, and the ladies checking us in were great. They were understanding and smiling. The wait was 2 minutes. Dr. Chen came into the room, and took very careful and thoughtful notes as she asked questions. She listened to me, too. Maverick and I really like Dr. Chen. She examined my baby, and did some bloodwork and a urinalysis. It turns out that Maverick had been reacting to the stress in our house of moving, so he’s okay. He’s my baby, so it meant everything to me get him checked out. I just want to say again how very impressed I was with Dr. Chen.
Everybody there is very nice and very professional and I love the way they took care of my kitty cat especially the Tech Michael. He was awesome.
